I ask that you please respect my time and reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 1 day or 24 hours in advance before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service price.
Please arrive on time. If you are a new client, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out some forms and go through a brief consultation to perfect your look.
You will have a 15-minute grace period if you are running late due to traffic, life, etc. If you are running late, please let me know!
After 15 minutes, you will be charged an inconvenience fee of 20% of the total service price and will be asked to reschedule.
No Call, No Show Policy
If you no call, no show to your appointment at any time, you will be charged 100% of the total service price each time.
After your third no call, no show, you will be charged 100% of the total service price and will no longer be able to book with me.
Lash Refill Policy
2 Week Refills - You must have at least 50% of your lashes remaining. Anything less will result in being charged for a 3-week fill.
3 Week Refills - You must have at least 45% of your lashes remaining. Anything less will result in being charged for a full set.
No Refund Policy
“NO REFUND” will be given for any service. If you are unhappy with the service provided, please let me know within 48 hours and we will come up with a solution together.
Lash clients - it is your job to keep up on your lashes and follow aftercare instructions, which will be provided to you and discussed at the end of your appointment.
Products and tools are available for purchase at the studio for your aftercare routine.
